A field guide to Focus Hero

Focus Hero is free to try. The optional Focus Hero Membership is $69.99 USD per year and unlocks Full Adventure Mode and all membership features.

It is a focus timer and a pixel RPG in the same app. Time spent on a real task becomes progress for your hero: XP, loot, skills and Focus Energy for the adventure world.

Choose a task, goal or habit, set a timer or use the stopwatch, and begin. Your hero trains in a live scene while you focus. Finish the session to collect the rewards you earned.

Focus Energy is earned through real focus. Spend it in Adventure to explore, complete quests, fight creatures, free allies, open new areas and find loot.

Each session can train a skill such as cultivation, dexterity, meditation, woodmining, cooking or gleamcraft. Skills shape your rewards and your hero’s progress.

You can earn eggs through focus and hatch them into companions. Pets rest at camp, join your hero and follow along on adventures.

Focus Camp is a shared space for six heroes. You can see what the other five players are working on, share encouragement, send focus gifts and catch up through the camp activity log.

Yes. Strict focus mode can block other apps during a session for people who want a firmer boundary. A more flexible session is also available when your task needs another app.

Yes. The focus timer supports offline sessions, including local notifications and alarms. Online features may still need a connection.

Focus Hero is available now on iPhone, iPad and Android. A web version is planned, but it is not available yet.
